Upgrades to your Kinesis Module have been revamped in the Dead Space Remake. Instead of having its own separate upgrade path, the Kinesis Module now shares the same upgrade tree as your Suit and your Stasis Module.
To get the last 2 upgrades for your Kinesis Module, players will need to complete the Main Story and head over to New Game Plus as the Level 6 Suit is needed to unlock the last Kinesis Grab Range and Kinesis Throw Damage upgrade nodes.
Unlike the Stasis Module which has the Prototype Stasis Module upgrade, the Kinesis Module does not have any specific Upgrade items and is only upgraded via the Bench.
The Kinesis Module is primarily used to pull or push the different objects you find aboard the USG Ishimura. This includes the dismembered limbs or shredded corpses of the Necromorphs you kill. In some sections of the game, Kinesis is also required to solve puzzle sequences.
