Audio Logs are a type of collectible in the Dead Space Remake (2023) that play the last known recordings of the USG Ishimura's dead crew. Find and collect audio logs to learn more about the Necromorph outbreak and the fate of select crew members. Read on for a complete list of all audio logs and their locations in the game.

To replay any of your collected Audio Logs, simply head on over to the Suit Menu and navigate to the Database. Any collected logs will be displayed and grouped by chapter allowing you to view everything from video, audio, and even text logs from all 12 chapters of the Dead Space Remake.

At least for my game (PS5), the "Chief Engineer’s Log" didn't spawn in the room with the Rig; I tried reloading from an earlier save and it still didn't spawn. I tried this after beating Misson 7, before heading to the Bridge.
