Performance Optimization Across All Platforms

The patch significantly improved frame rate stability across all platforms, including PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. High-intensity combat sequences, heavy particle effects, and zero-gravity sections now run more smoothly, reducing frame drops and stuttering that could disrupt gameplay.

Lighting and Shadow Adjustments

The patch refined dynamic lighting, reflections, and volumetric fog to improve visual clarity and atmosphere throughout the USG Ishimura.

Dark corridors, maintenance tunnels, and other shadow-heavy areas now display more consistent lighting, making environmental hazards and interactive objects easier to spot without compromising the game’s horror tone.
