Text Logs are a type of collectible in the Dead Space Remake (2023) that record what happened aboard the USG Ishimura. Open Your Suit Menu and Replay From the Database

Dead Space Remake - How to Replay Logs

To view any of your collected Text Logs, simply head on over to the Suit Menu and navigate to the Database. Any collected logs will be displayed and grouped by chapter allowing you to view everything from video, text, and even audio logs from all 12 chapters of the Dead Space Remake.
