To pick up objects with Kinesis, aim down your weapon's sights and press the Kinesis button. After lifting an object with Kinesis, you can freely move it around by panning your camera.
You can also drop objects by pressing the Kinesis button a second time, or launch them toward foes by pressing the Fire button.
Best Ways to Utilize Kinesis |

You can use Kinesis to remove or move away obstacles to clear a path toward your next objective. We recommend relocating these obstacles in such a way that they don't block your way when backtracking.
Some mission objectives and getting through certain parts of the Ishimura will require you to move objects into place, such as batteries and manual release levers. These are often marked with a magnet symbol, indicating that you can use Kinesis to interact with them.
Kinesis is also handy for picking up distant items that you can't reach on foot. Whenever you spot a faraway loot crate or Valuable, you should always try to pick it up and bring it toward you with Kinesis.
You can also use Kinesis during combat by picking up and launching hazardous objects, such as heavy furniture, explosive canisters, sharp objects, and Stasis tanks, to damage and slow down Necromorphs while conserving ammo.

You can find the Kinesis Module on your way to the Medical Deck at the start of Chapter 2. The module is located on top of a crate inside the Medical Cargo Depot and is also unmissable as it is required to progress forward.
