In our opinion, Valentine's Elise is the best unit on this banner.
She has the best skills for inheritance purposes, including the very rare Holy Pressure and Poetic Justice skills that are both only found on one other unit each. These two skills are vital for any offensive Staff unit, fully making them capable of matching modern metagame units in combat.
As a unit, Valentine's Elise is also quite capable of holding her own. Dusk-Dawn Staff grants Atk/Spd bonuses and Special cooldown charge acceleration, neutralizes effects that prevent follow-up attacks, and inflicts the Flash status onto multiple foes.
Valentine's Elise enables her allies to attack the enemy team without fear largely in part to the Flash status and Holy Pressure's 【Gravity】 debuff onto multiple foes.
Should You Pull From This Summon?
Don't spend your orbs here!
For the most part, this summon does not warrant spending many orbs on. While the heroes here are certainly not bad, none of them are good enough justify wasting tons of orbs for, so other than the free pull, we recommend skipping this one.
The heroes on the Holiday Lessons banner are more powerful than any of these heroes, and that banner has up to four sparks available for all players. We heavily recommend spending your orbs on that banner instead.
