The best IVs for Bridal Flavia are +Spd and -Res. Her Spd is very high at base 45 and she is reliant on outspeeding her foes to create follow-up attacks against her foes, especially with the lack of exclusive skills to call her own.

Bridal Flavia comes with a new inheritable sword in Bridal Blade+. This weapon grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 during combat, and if the foe has any stat bonuses, inflicts a penalty onto the foe equal to twice the stat bonuses applied to the foe.

The stat penalty effect essentially reverses any stat bonuses on the foe, turning their positive effects into similar negative effects.
