Green orbs have by far the best value on this banner, with the two best units in the banner sharing a color.
New Year Dagr is a powerful offensive unit that can also provide Pathfinder support with both her Jötnar Bow and her Duo Skill, while New Year Peony has an enhanced refresh skill in Gentle Dream and can also refresh her ally's turns with her Duo Skill.
Both of these heroes are also Duo Heroes, with built-in Duel skills that allow them to score highly in Arena.

Green has amazing value here with two top tier units usable in all game modes. However, January and February are close by, and IS will release some busted banners for the anniversary and A Hero Rises events.
Players receive 10 free summon tickets on this banner through New Year quests, allowing up to 11 free summons in total. However, there is also no spark on this banner, even with FEH Pass.
We heavily recommend saving your orbs until then in order to have a healthy stash ready for what may be the best banners in the game.
