The Rain-Making Monster is a Side Quest that can be started in Scrubton in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom (EoW). Learn more about how to unlock the The Rain-Making Monster side quest, as well as its walkthrough and rewards.

Talk to the Deku Scrub standing on top of a platform at Scrubton.
This quest is immediately available upon finishing the first dungeon and completing The Mysterious Rifts main quest.
Talk to the Deku Scrub and use the Drippitune Echo to complete the side quest.
Go northward from Scrubton and listen if there are frogs croaking in the area. It's a good sign that there are Drippitunes lurking around. Learn the Drippitune Echo by defeating them.
You will be rewarded with 8 Electro Apples as soon as you finish The Rain-Making Monster side quest.
Electro Apples are also an ingredient for making Smoothies and Electro Potion, so make sure to keep some in your inventory!
