Look for Draugrs in Crypts

If you can't find Body Piles, it is a good idea to look for Crypts in the Swamp biome because there are Draugr enemies inside!

Look for Body Piles in the Swamps

Body Piles are Draugr spawners so this is a good spot to farm entrails. Be careful though because they can easily overwhelm you! If you are strong enough you can keep letting them spawn from the Body Piles, killing them one after another then destroying it when you're satisfied.

Can Be Spawned with Console Command

If you don't mind using cheats to obtain it, Entrails can easily be spawned with the console command.

To spawn the item, first turn on cheat codes by typing devcommands in the F5 console, and use the spawn Entrails command to create the item.
