Manufactories are specialized settlements that focus on the production and exportation of a single valuable resource unique to their location on the map.

Claim one for Trophy

Additionally, there is an achievement trophy for successfully claiming your first manufactory. But first, you have to further your rank within The Helm and reach Kingpin I Infamy to get the side contract to unlocking this trophy.
