Complete the Heart of Anvil Hill House Serkis Faction Quest
The Great Thief's Gloves can be obtained by completing the Heart of Anvil Hill faction quest. Follow the Secret of the Lost Seal quest chain from the Serkis Faction to unlock this faction quest.

How to Use Great Thief's Gloves
Great Thief Special Effect
The Great Thief special effect allows the player to steal an item without gettting detected, even if you're in the open. This effect also prevents the loss of contribution points, which are normally deducted whenever you steal an item.
Do take note that you can only steal freely one at a time as this effect has a 30-minute cooldown.
Check Your Inventory to Know if the Gloves are Charged
You can view your inventory to check if the special effect is active. If the display is black and white and displays a zero, it means that the Great Thief Special Effect is on cooldown. On the other hand, if the display is colored and shows 1, the gloves are charged and its special effect is active.
