Solution

Turn 1
1. Move Tailtiu two spaces right and defeat the Sword Fighter.
2. Move Genny two spaces down and one space left, then defeat the Axe Knight.
3. Move Claude one space down and one space left, then defeat the Sword Cavalier.
4. Move Takumi one space up and one space right, then defeat the Bow Fighter.
Turn 2
5. Move Tailtiu one space right and defeat the Red Manakete.
6. Move Genny two spaces left and heal Takumi with Physic+.
7. Move Takumi one space up and one space left, then defeat the Bow Cavalier.
8. Move Claude two spaces left and defeat the Axe Cavalier.
Turn 3
9. Move Takumi two spaces up and defeat the Axe Dragon.
10. Move Tailtiu two spaces right and defeat the Axe Fighter.
11. Move Genny one space up and one space right, then defeat the Sword Knight.
12. Move Claude two spaces up and defeat the Lance Flier.
Turn 4
13. Move Claude two spaces right and defeat the Bow Flier.
14. Move Tailtiu one space up and one space left, then use Reciprocal Aid on Takumi.
15. Move Genny one space down and two spaces left, then defeat the Axe Knight.
16. Move Takumi two spaces right and defeat the Sword Knight.
