Tactics Drills are a feature that were added in on the July 2018 update of FEH. In this mode, you can take on various maps for a deeper understanding of the mechanics of this game. Similar to a Chess Problem, you are given a pre-determined set of heroes and phases in which you must complete the objective.
There are three levels of Tactics Drills, and in each level, you will receive either Orbs or Hero Feathers as a first time clear reward. In general, clearing Tactics Drills is one of the fastest and most efficient ways to gather extra feathers for unlocking potential.
Every week, a new Tactics Drill is added on Thursday at 2:00/3:00 AM Eastern Time. The newly added map will be either a Grandmaster or Skill Studies map.

>> sounds good imo. enemy phase monster. hey, if it works, it works!
>> I'd say take the -Spd/Res because he does not really need Spd and the extra Res helps.
for B skills, you can pick whatever you need for Hector. Both are good but I think Special Fighter is better since it works for both phases. Bold fighter only works in the player phase (when attacking)
with the new weapon refine, he becomes a solid multi-phase unit so hmm I thinnk get special fighter
