Legendary Elincia is the new Legendary hero available in this banner.
Her exclusive weapon Absolute Amiti provides 【Canto (2)】, neutralizes effects that slow down Legendary Elincia's Special cooldown charges and grants bonus stats in-combat.
She also has an exclusive C skill in Heart of Crimea, which allows her nearby allies to warp to any space within 2 spaces of her.
It also grants herself and her allies the 【Null Follow-Up】 status at the start of each turn, and inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 to foes within 4 spaces of her during combat.
Legendary Elincia is a great mix of offense and support, fully capable of excelling in both roles.
Additionally, as the new Legendary Hero, she will be a bonus Legendary unit in Arena for the next four weeks, allowing players to reach their best scores easily.

The Red pool has three amazing units in Legendary Elincia, Legendary Hinoka, and Fallen Chrom, making it a worthwhile use of your orbs.
Both Legendary Elincia](/games/fire-emblem-heroes/archives/428214) and Legendary Hinoka are high-scoring Legendary heroes with useful skills and excel in multiple game modes other than Arena.
Fallen Chrom is a Rearmed hero who isn't available in the normal summoning pool and has no set return schedule. He also has amazing skills for inheritance in his kit, including the rare Arcane Devourer.
If you do not have a Wind or Fire Season core, or if you want to upgrade your current core, we highly recommend summoning on this banner and sniping Red orbs.
