Bridal Catria is the best hero in this banner, with her ability to grant the Triangle Attack and Formation/Orders buffs to herself and her nearby allies.
Furthermore, she was also previously present in a Hero Fest banner, giving most players easy access to merges.
If you don't have a copy yet, or if you want merges, this is a great opportunity! Color-sharing with Valentine's Gustav isn't too bad, as he is also a formidable hero with great fodder.
