Ninja Lyn's weapon allows her to attack twice and Lyn herself possesses extremely high firepower. This makes her able to one-shot a ton of enemy units.

Her Duo skill also grants her another action, giving her the ability to be able to either attack another unit or retreat to safety. When combined with a dancer like Legendary Azura, she has the ability to attack twice before escaping!
