Kiragi's best IVs are +Spd and -Res. Boosting his already high Spd stat from 43 to 47 through a superboon allows him to compete with the fastest units in the metagame.

His Res is too low to salvage, thus it is the bane of choice.

+Spd for a +10 merge

We recommend +Spd when merging Kiragi up to +10. With his subpar kit, he needs every advantage he can get, and Spd is his redeeming quality.
