When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
+Atk/-Res
The best IVs for Halloween Tiki (Young) are +Atk and -Res. It is important to increase Tiki's attack as she is mainly an offensive unit. Additionally, her Atk is a superboon so you should take advantage of it as much as possible. Her Res is of less importance so it can be safely taken as a bane.
+Atk for a +10 Merge
We recommend a +Atk IV when merging Halloween Tiki (Young) to 10. At this point, Tiki's Atk stat will reach monstrous levels so she will be able to make use of the 1.5x damage multiplier against dragons from her weapon skill properly.
If you want to specialize on being able to land follow-up attacks, you can take a +Spd IV instead.

How to Use, Explanation
This is a budget build for Halloween Tiki with minimal Skill Inheritance. Her kit is already pretty good by itself, and having Guidance 3 enables her to open more mobility options for her infantry and armored allies. You can substitute it with a skill like Atk/Spd Solo 3 or Blade Session 3.

Halloween Tiki Roles
Halloween Tiki (Young) is a close magic attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Access to a Harmonized Skill!
Halloween Tiki (Young) is under the category of harmonized heroes. They have access to a unique harmonized skill which is very similar to duo skills. You can activate harmonized skills by pressing the the harmonized skill button. Because this harmonized unit features both Tiki and Ninian, they can qualify for bonus scores in all of the games where these two show up!
In addition to providing offensive buffs, this harmonized skill also refreshes an allies action even if they possess Sing or Dance! Read more about the skill below or in the skills section.
Halloween Tiki (Young) Strengths
Harmonized Skill buffs Tiki and Alies
Halloween Tiki's harmonized skill grants her and all allies coming from Fire Emblem titles such as The Blazing Blade and Awakening +4 Atk/Spd. There are a lot of powerhouses from these titles such as Spring Idunn and Legendary Chrom so this can be a great skill depending on the circumstances.
The skill does not have any additional trigger requirements besides the one mentioned above. It is a combat buff, meaning, it can be easily stacked with other buffs and it does not make the target units susceptible to panics and chills. Lastly, this can only be used once per map unlike other harmonized skills.
The Harmonized Skill grants another action to allies including refresher-assist units!
To make up for being unable to be re-used, Tiki's Harmonized skill also refreshes the ally with the highest HP within 2 spaces. Take note that this only works on units coming from the same titles Tiki and Ninian.
The refresh effect also works refresher-assist units. This is definitely a unique mechanic that you can make use of even outside of Resonant Battles!

With Everyone! grants Def/Res bonuses to Tiki and allies
Halloween Tiki has the exclusive C Skill With Everyone!, which, provided there is at least one adjacent unit, will grant Def/Res+5 to both Tiki and those units.
However, if you choose to refine Frostfire Breath, With Everyone! becomes redundant and has no effect as the bonuses granted by Frostfire Breath outweigh the bonuses of With Everyone!.
When refining Frostfire Breath, ensure you replace With Everyone! with a different skill.
Halloween Tiki (Young) Weaknesses
Weak to Dragon Effective Weapons
Halloween Tiki (Young) takes 1.5x damage from dragon-effective weapons like Falchion or Naga, and one blow from these types of weapons is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
Weak to bows
As also a flying unit, Halloween Tiki (Young) takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
