Solution

1. Move Claude to the space right of Lysithea and take out the lance flier.
2. Move Lysithea 1 space south and take out the sword fighter.
3. In this enemy phase, Claude will take out a unit.
4. Move Claude 1 space north and take out the bow flier.
5. Move Lysithea to the space below Claude and take out the sword cavalier.
6. In this enemy phase, Claude and Lysithea will take out all the units that will attack them.
7. Move Claude 1 space to the right and take out the lance knight.
8. Finally, take out the red manakete with Lysithea by moving her 2 spaces to the right.
