13:47.56 got the fast clear
Finished 10:24:82 and got fast clear. Judging by the other comments, this one is even a bit more lenient than that.
In my initial time when I beat it, i had 14:15, which was not enough to get the fast time. (I have since gotten the fast time with a time of 12:08.01) so if I had to guess, the requirements for a fast time is below 14 minutes
Some tips for the bosses for better times: Talus: You can attack the orb with the sword to break it off immediately Vorcavor: Swim over his back and attack with the sword before he summons whirlpools, you don't have to wait for him to be tired Skorchill: Use Wizzrobes, jump and summon them, then get far and immediately jump and summon again so they fire the next shot faster. Ganon: As noted in the comments, when he throws his spear, grab it and bring it to him to stun him. finally, Lynel.
You can grab Ganon's spear when he throws it with bind. And can directly attack Gohma's eye with the bow without having to use electric echoes, that will stun it as well.

Finished in 13:24 and got fast clear!
I beat it in 12 minutes 43 seconds and still got the fast clear.
My first attempt was 11 minutes and 44 seconds, which also got the fast clear. I've since done it a tad faster!
