Grandma location here. From the snowy passage shrine, go out of the tunnel to the snowy area. Then, take the path on the right. The bridge to cross to Mort's Grotto will be on your right. Directly to your left will be a wooden ramp. Take the short ramp to the end and you can interact with the wall. It's easy to miss because it's just bricks that can blend into the cliffside. After this I recieved the Vitality Bowl but Matchstick disappeared though, not in the city or Outskirts House
Theres more to Matchstick questline, after talking to him if the gang is together he moves to Cloudspire Outskirts, here he is found in a house looking for his Grandmas Vitality Bowl who is apparently 'behind' a door on one of the buildings near Mort Grotto but have been unable to locate said door.
