These are you attacks stats while having Un-Equilibrium Blades equipped. Increase the damage of your weapons by acquiring Mastery Nodes in the Impetus Repository.

The Un-Equilibrium Blades is found outside one of the houses in Shu Sanctum in Worship's Rise. From the Shu Sanctum shrine, proceed to the area where you can fight the glowing Ming guard. Go over the invisible bridge and then turn left. Be careful of the ogre waiting to ambush as you claim the weapon!

Un-Equilibrium Blades can be bought for 1500 Red Mercury from Wu Gang. This weapon is available for purchase as soon as you defeat Man-Eating Dhutanga in Lightzen Temple.
