1. Speak To Magalhaes at the Refugee Camp
In the Refugee Camp in front of some tents is Magalhaes. If you speak to him and choose 'Agree' to his request, you’ll receive the Pray gesture.
2. Return Magalhaes’ Medicine Case
Somewhere in Battlefield Pass is the Medicine Case. You’ll find it past a cave ankle-deep with red-stained liquid, in a red grove. It’ll be nearby some wooden chests and crates.
After you give it, Magalhaes will be pleased with you and reward you with the Arnica Ointment.

3. Find Buglio For Magalhaes
Magalhaes will request that you find Buglio. Buglio can be found in a cave past the the Bo Sorcerer fight. Unfortunately, Buglio will accuse you of blasphemy and cannot be reasoned with.

4. Give Magalhaes the Sacred Token
You’ll have to find the Sacred Token to progress Magalhaes’ questline as Buglio cannot be reasoned with. When you hand it over, you’ll be rewarded with another Arnica Ointment.
Find The Sacred Token At The Altar Gate
At Mt. Zhenwu, nearby the Altar Gate shrine is Buglio crawling on the stairs. He will be hysterical, pointing to the door ahead of him claiming that the Devil is there. Grab the Sacred Token nearby him to give Magalhaes.

5. Talk to Magalhaes at Annalum
In a ruined Worship’s Rise, at Annalum, speak to Magalhaes. He can be found right beside the shrine, praying to his God. When you speak to him, he will hand you another Arnica Ointment.

6. Find Magalhaes at the Palace Vegetable Garden
The next time Magalhaes can be found is at the Palace Vegetable Garden, across the shrine, lying down in a hole meant for a grave. Speaking to him will only garner you him muttering his prayers.
This is also the same grave the Boatman had been digging in the first act, when he claimed the grave was meant for another.

Anonymous 4 monthsto continue his questine i believe there is 'sacred token' to pick up just before tiger fight, then u give it to him (he is at same location refugee camp) plus also i found his buddy and talked with him meanwhile, after giving him the item he gave me arnica ointment
