1. Unlock the Battlefield Pass Shrine 2. Go to the Refugee Camp |
1. Unlock the Battlefield Pass Shrine
| 1.1 |  Upon talking to the Storyteller and choosing the Go to Hillswatch option, you will be teleported to Hillswatch Cave. This area is separated from the main Hillswatch area by only a few breakable wooden carriages. Once you are in the cave, go down the ladder in front of you and proceed further into the cave. |

| 1.2 |  Watch out for Spoiled Fruit as you progress, since it can inflict Blight. Make sure to defeat the Lotus Sorcerer nearby to stop its long-range lotus spell and summons. |
| 1.3 |  When you reach a fork in the path ahead, go through the path on the right first and pick up the Brilliant Red Feather then talk to the White-Robed Elder. This progresses his questline and will give you a Flawless Red Mercury. |
| 1.4 |  Return to the earlier fork in the path and go to the other side. Keep following this path until you see a avian enemy and climb the ladder nearby. Climb up two more ladders and turn right. You will see the Battlefield Pass Shrine up ahead. |
2. Go to the Refugee Camp
| 2.1 |  From the Battlefield Pass Shrine, go through the hole in the wall on your left. and go up the stairs on your right. Defeat the banner enemy on top of the wall and pick up the Lotus Soulflame on the body at the end. |

| 2.2 |  Go back down the stairs, turn right, pass through the houses, and go down the small tunnel on your right with a torch marking the entrance. This will lead to the roof where the Lotus Sorcerer is, and a Brilliant Red Feather at the roof's edge. |
| 2.3 |  Drop down the roof and pick up the Bloodied Steamed Bunny Bun found behind the house you were on. |
| 2.4 |  From here, turn left and follow the path up the hill. Keep going until you see a tunnel on your right side. Once you go down this tunnel, you will encounter a Blight Lotus Sorcerer. |
| 2.5 |  Go down the bloody water and go through the path on the right, leading to a large chest with a Lost Remains. Go back to the watery area and proceed to the long path on your right. On the surface, turn left to defeat an avian enemy guarding a Brilliant Red Feather. After that, turn left and defeat another Lotus Sorcerer at the end. Open the small chest nearby containing the Wei - Vitality Force Benediction. |
| 2.5 |  Go to the path on the side and interact with the glowing point of interest near some pots to obtain a Medicine Case. Continue down this path until you see a ladder going down. At the bottom, you will arrive at the Refugee Camp. ▶︎ Proceed to Refugee Camp |
