Stat Scaling

Strength Lv. III (7)

Equipping Empyrean Greataxe will scale your affected stats accordingly. Stat scaling can affect your character in terms of weapon damage and spell-type attacks.

Strength Boosts your damage when wielding Greataxes, Longswords, and Spears.
Agility Boosts your damage when wielding Dual Blades, Longswords, Spears, and One-Handed Swords.
Magic Boosts your One-Handed Sword and Spell damage.
Feathering Boosts weapon damage affected by Feathering properties, and Feathering-type Spell damage.

How to Get Empyrean Greataxe

Found near Shu Sanctum

Just before the path to Lu Hongliu on the left, go down the path on your right and enter the first house up ahead. Go up to the second floor and climb the ladder onto the roof.

Empyrean Greataxe Location
Once you are on top of the ladder, turn right and follow the roof path to the enemy with glowing red eyes. Upon its defeat, you will receive a Red Mercury Essence and Faint Red Feather. Make sure you pick up the Empyrean Greataxe at the edge of the roof you are on. After that, go back to the alley you came from.

Alternative Path

If you have unlocked the Tree Bridge on the second floor of Shu Sanctum, cross the bridge then turn left. Once you're in the triangle pathway, make your way to the second floor of the house on the left, then climb up the ladder leading to the rooftop. There you will see the madness-consumed Monk near the weapon.
