Buglio can be found in a cave past the area where you fight the Bo Sorcerer. He will be fervently praying, and will accuse you of blasphemy when you talk to him.

At Mt. Zhenwu, nearby the Altar Gate shrine is Buglio crawling on the stairs. He will be hysterical, pointing to the door to the Fierce Tiger Zhang Xianzhong boss fight, claiming that the Devil is there. Grab the Sacred Token nearby him to give Magalhaes.
