How to Get Gunpowder Spear
Found in Rebel Camp
The Gunpowder Spear is found on top of the first tower that you will see upon entering the Cloudspire Outskirts from the Snowy Passage.
From the Snowy Passage shrine, enter the Cloudspire Outskirts, then stick to the left side of the area until you reach a tall tower to your right. Use the ladder found behind the tower to get to the top, where you can find the small chest containing the weapon.
