1. Talk to the Red-Clad Lady Near Buddha Cliffs
Talk to the Red-Clad Lady and exhaust the dialogue to receive a Full-Grown Red Mercury.
2. Talk to the Red-Clad Lady in Doomwillow Beach
Talk to her again in Doomwillow Beach and receive the Sheng - Backstab Rejuvenation as a reward. You can find her when you push down the pulsating red log down to access her area. She'll be nearby the long ladder going up the cliffside.
3. Talk to the Red-Clad Lady in Avian Marsh
Talk to her by the Avian Dwelling shrine, and if you agree to help her, she will reward you with the spell Divine Blessing.
4. Fight Her at Worship's Rise in Ruins
The Red-Clad Lady will reveal herself as the Bo Magus and become a Boss Fight at the Palace Entrance in Worship's Rise in Ruins. Defeating her will reward the player with Magus' Eyepiece and the Echo of the Bo Magus spell. It will also conclude her questline.
