How to Get Lashing Whip
Found in Mercury Workshop
The Lashing Whip can be found in the middle of the Mercury Workshop in Worship's Rise. From the Mercury Workshop shrine, pass through the spiral path in the middle until you reach two imps with guns. The weapon will be sitting just behind the second imp.
