Use the Shrine's features, Manna Vase, consumable items, and various skills or equipment to heal and increase HP in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. Read on to see more about how to heal and how to increase HP here!

Manna Vase serves as your main HP potion throughout the game. It has a limited number of usage but can be replenished in the Shrine. It's amount and HP recovered can also be upgraded as the game goes on.
How to Upgrade and Use Manna Vase

Restores health slowly over time for a certain duration. |
The Health Pill and Steamed Bunny Bun are loot items that can be carried by a max amount of 5. Although it does not recover as much HP as the Manna Vase, it can be useful when trying to manage or save the amount of Vase you use while exploring.

Leeching HP during combat is also a way to heal HP. Equipment or skills such as the Bone Needle - Leech, Health Siphon, and Blademaster be equipped to heal HP, even by a small amount.
These can be found through either exploring or unlocking nodes in the Impetus Skill Tree.

Entering the Dream is a feature when using the Worship Shrine that will fully restore HP and reset consumables if you have some stocked in your warehouse. However, using this feature will also reset all areas, respawning enemies and resetting traps.
All Shrine Locations and Features

The Impetus Repository is a feature in the Worship Shrine that allows the player to levels up and unlocks nodes such as new skills and stat upgrades. Unlocking the Vitality nodes can increase the character's HP to help you survive throughout long fights.

Unlocking the vitality nodes increase the effectively give damage reduction through mitigation and resistances, and not flat health. Meaning that it increases the amount of hits you can take in combat, making your character better at surviving damage.
