1. Talk to Yu Xia at the Start in Reverent Temple
Talk to the Talk to Yu Xia at the bottom floor of Reverent Temple. She will ask you to investigate Shu Sanctum.

2. Give Yu Xia the Bloodstained Letter
Give Yu Xia the Bloodstained Letter you get from the body at the top floor of Shu Sanctum. Pick the I do not... dialogue option to obtain the Luduan Pendant.

3. Talk to Yu Xia after Defeating Honglan
Return to Reverent Temple and talk to Yu Xia once you you've defeated Commander Honglan. She'll mention Liu Wenxiu and Zhang Xianzhong, and asks that you check the situation in Zhenwu Temple.

4. Talk to Yu Xia after Defeating Fang Ling
Return to Reverent Temple and talk to Yu Xia after Fang Ling has been defeated. You'll be rewarded with 2 Soulgrass, and requests you to continue investigating Zhenwu Temple.

5. Give Yu Xia Imperial Guard Token Located At Bai Mansion
At the Bai Mansion area is the Imperial Guard Token that once belonged to Wuchang's father, and can be given to Yu Xia back at Reverent Temple. Interact with the notebook beside the Plain Warrioress, and you'll receive the item.
Giving Yu Xia the token will reward the Radiant Red Feather.

Give Yu Xia the Lovely Brocade Bag
If you've defeated the Vermilion Feathers Honglan, you may have the option to hand over the Lovely Brocade Bag. Giving this item however will cause Yu Xia to become distraught.
She will no longer talk to you and will not reward you if you hand over the Lovely Brocade Bag instead of the Imperial Guard Token.
6. Pick Up Consort Armor At Bo Capital
After you've defeated The Dragon Emperor - Zhu Youjian, Yu Xia will be laying down on the ground near the shrine. When you enter the dream and reset the world, her gear will be left behind as the Consort Armor Set.
The armor set will be there regardless of what item you did or did not give her.
