1. Give the Peachwood Amulet to Qiao Ying
Hand over the Peachwood Amulet you obtained from Qiao Lin back at Reverent Temple to Qiao Ying to receive a Divine Gift.
2. Choose to Give the White Jade Dumpling or Not
After defeating Lu Hongliu, return to Shu Sanctum and talk to Qiao Ying. It's up to you whether to give her the White Jade Dumpling, but it's speculated that doing so may lead to her bad ending, as the White Jade Dumpling is the "medicine" that Lu Hongliu gnaws on.
She'll Appear in the Refugee Camp If You Didn't Give the White Jade Dumpling
Qiao Ying appears in the Refugee Camp after dreaming if you denied her any White Jade Dumplings back in Shu Sanctum. Defeating Bo Sorcerer will update her dialogue. We'll update the page for her whereabouts as soon as we find her!
3. Give Her a Steamed Bunny Bun in Hillswatch
If you chose to give her the White Jade Dumpling, she'll appear in Hillswatch asking for some Steamed Bunny Buns. Giving her one will reward you with five Divination Crests.
4. Talk to Her in Cloudspire Outskirts
Qiao Ying will be in one of the houses in Cloudspire Outskirts. She will ask you to help her by seeing General Ai Ningqi in exchange for the Bamboo Missive. After defeating the general, you can go back to her and give her the second White Jade Dumpling, which makes her remember that her son didn't go to Cloudspire, and she promises to look for him.

5. Pick Up the Divination Plate at Reverent Temple
Upon reaching Reverent Temple in Worship's Rise in Ruins, break the vase on the left, just past the Reverent Temple shrine, before the wooden platform, to reveal and collect the Divination Plate.

Qiao Ying is located on the second floor of Shu Sanctum, in front of an altar with a statue. The third floor is where Lu Bingzhang is located.

Anonymous 4 monthsokay so not giving the dumpling seem to be another fork in her quest. after seeing ger in refugee camp and then defeating Bo sorcerer in the marsh, you can i terwct with her again and asks you if you want her to pick fruits for you

What you should do all depends on what you want. If you want the divination plate that you get for completing her questline then DO NOT give her the dumpling! If you want a feather upgrade piece used to upgrade your weapon, then give her the dumpling. Personally, I WOULD NOT give her the dumpling. You can get plenty of feathers (weapon upgrade materials) throughout the game.
