Found at Lotus Pond
From the Lotus Pond shrine, make your way to the bridge, opposite to the gazebo. There will be a structure on the right where the pathway is blocked by boxes. Past that is the Buddha Statue beside a dead maiden.
How to Use Buddha Statue
Not Meant To Be Given Away
Place the Buddha Statue on top of the mechanism beside the gazebo nearby the Lotus Pond shrine. This will lower the water levels and allow you to fight Commander Honglan.
