SSR Mejiro Ryan will not provide much in the current state as of this writing until the Guts rework in later updates. SR Mejiro Ardan can be a good choice pick as a supplemental Wit card. It should be noted that SR Mejiro Ardan and its R versions are the only other cards at present besides SSR Silence Suzuka and its R version that provide Left-handed.
