Narita Brian's Support Card is fairly good for a free card, and it is generally better than the recent Gold Ship SSR Speed card. It's easily obtained by completing Chapter 4, and can be uncapped by buying additional copies through the Club Point Shop.
Its Friendship Bonus is relatively good, and it also comes with Initial Speed and 2 Speed Bonus at LB2 and up. While it does have Special Priority, it's a bit lower compared to other cards. It also doesn't come with any initial friendship to take advantage of the Friendship Bonus earlier.
Skill-wise, it leans towards Medium and Long distance races with good skill hints for these tracks, but getting a specific one could be difficult due to having several of them. Its rare skill Shatterproof isn't reliable for Pace Chasers, and Lone Wolf can be obtained through the Sweep Tosho SR Speed card, which is better overall. If using this card, beware of the energy drain from two of the events.
