Is Narita Brian (The Whistling Arrow's Taunt) Good?
Decent Training Performance
Narita Brian (The Whistling Arrow's Taunt) has some good stats when it comes to training Stamina. It's fairly similar to the Mayano Top Gun SR, with both having 10% Training Effectiveness and 55 Specialty Priority when maxed out. Unlike the SR card, this one has Initial Friendship Gauge and a higher race bonus, meaning it's more valuable for the third scenario as well. However, it's still generally inferior to Super Creek SSR, meaning you won't miss much by skipping this.
Beeline Burst is Fine
Beeline Burst received an adjustment that increased its duration, making it a usable skill. However, because its activation is on a random point on any straight, it's not as reliable for Champions Meetings.
