Nakayama Festa is a great alternative Stamina Card, as her training stats are good when compared to other options like Super Creek (Piece of Mind) and Mayano Top Gun (Cute + Cute = ?).
Additionally, she will be the only source for the skill Come What May for a while, which is a great speed skill for Medium tracks that Pace Chasers and Late Surgers can utilize. This skill is especially good for longer Medium tracks (like the Japan Cup), but can work on shorter ones as well.
Her biggest downside, however, is that you need more copies of her to maximize her training stats, especially her Training Effectiveness (locked behind LB3). This makes other SSR Stamina Cards like Mejiro McQueen (Your Team Ace) better, as you can easily get more copies for free. Additionally, her lack of a Race Bonus makes her less effective in race-heavy scenarios.
Although Nakayama Festa is a Stamina Card with high Hint Levels and Frequency, she cannot provide recovery skill hints. While this is not innately bad, this makes her a bad pick if you need recovery skills in your deck.
