Is Sweep Tosho (It's All Mine!) Good?
Good for Speed Stats
The SR version of Sweep Tosho is already one of the better Speed cards when it comes to stats, and the SSR version offers a higher Friendship Bonus and Specialty Priority. Race Bonus is also higher, making it good for race-heavy runs. Like the SR counterpart, you can also get Charming to quickly fill the Friendship gauges. However, it's still weaker compared to Kitasan Black and lacks Training Effectiveness and Initial Friendship that the SR version has.
Middling Skill Choices
This support card shares a lot of skills with its SR version, being focused on End Closer skills with some debuffs. Straightaway Spurt and Slipstream are both good pick ups, although its rare skill, Crusader, leaves more to be desired. Crusader can be used in Team Trials to score points as a cheap Rare skill, but it's not amazing otherwise. Note that Straightaway Spurt is not guaranteed either, as the choice to get it can result in mood down instead.
