there is a missing vendor behind the building with the lift down into magmell available in both time periods near the field of flowers and bone pile things (resurgence pillars idk?) it sells offensive order and blood infuse skills for bullets and weapons aswell as the starter weapons of code vein 1 (pipe of thralldom and hammer of thralldom) for 10 haze per weapon and 1200 per skill
and for a reference of position changing the shop at the refugee village moves for some reason to the rail hub with the same inventory not even a single change including what limited purchase items so no gaming the system for more flowers or vinegar early game
there is a 2 more shops ok the 2nd island aka 4th hero spot the first is available in the present at the back of the location next to a cave and the other is in the past opposite the guard tower in the room on the right at the top of the stairs from the entrance courtyard to the main yard neither can be accessed at the same time due to doors either locking or getting blocked between time periods and unlike other position differences all 3 island shops are different i bought all items each time
