Absolute ExecutionerAbsolute Executioner
・Obtained by defeating Pioneer Queen Imogen
・You can obtain this forma from chests encountered through story progression and world exploration.
An executioner's sword wreathed in spinning gears and sparking blades. Unleashes a multi-hit downward strike. Hold the Drain Attack/Bequeathed button to increase the number of hits.

This forma was created by Gregory, founder of Mcleish House and once an executioner himself. It's dreadful, machine-like shape of interlocking blades reflects his severity as a servant of the law. The crushing force of a single strike is said to carry a grim mercy for the condemned.
Battle Axe: IdrisBattle Axe: Idris's Conceit
・Obtain the Battle Axe: Idris's Conceit Forma by traveling to the past by interacting with the Bond at the top of Forma Storage Tower.
A special axe that generates a temporal force field.

Striking with the axe creates a wide-area shock wave. The axe's swing can easily break through shields, and its force field gradually builds up the slow status ailment.
Bloodreaver BladeBloodreaver Blade
・Can be bought from Jadwiga
・The Bloodreaver Blade Forma can be purchased from Jadwiga's shop for 8,000 Haze. Note that a certain amount of quest progress is required before it becomes available in the shop.
A long blade that slashes foes with a flash-draw strike. Hold the Offensive Formae button to enter a ready stance. Release to perform a slash draw. The timing of the release affects both motion and power. A well-timed release delivers a significantly stronger blow.

This forma was devised by Astolfo, founder of the Anjou House of the Gula Bloodline. On the battlefield, he built mountins of corpses, his greatsword feared as the Bloodreaver, and he himself revered as a god of war.

・Can be bought from Jadwiga
・The Manus Racapis Forma can be purchased from Jadwiga's weapon shop after reaching a certain point in quest progression.
A grotesque hand that channels the Resurgence's power into a searing beam of light.

Fires a long-range laser directly ahead in a straight line. While firing, you can aim to adjust the beam's direction.
MK RosenritterMK Rosenritter
・Can be bought from Jadwiga
・The MK Rosenritter Forma can be purchased from Jadwiga's weapon shop after reaching a certain point in quest progression.
Twin triple-barreled Gatling guns that turn a wide area into a bullet storm.

Ready the gun and move the camera to aim, then fire by pressing the Bequeathed Forma and primary attack button. You can also move while aiming. Sustains continuous fire as long as the button is held and ichor remains.
StatesmanStatesman's Longbow
・Can be found inside a chest in Magmell Ruins at MagMell Island
・You'll obtain the Stateman's Longbow by opening the chest just after entering the Ruins in MagMell Island.
A bow that fires arrows of light at incredible speed.

Ready the bow and move the camera to aim, then press the Drain Attack/Bequeathed Formae button to fire. You can also move while aiming. Holding the button increases its power.
Warhammer of the FoolWarhammer of the Fool
・Can be bought from Jadwiga
・You can purchase the Warhammer of the Fool from Jadwiga's weapon shop after progressing enough through the main story quests.
A fire-belching hammer with three froms.

Initiates a chain of attacks starting from a heavy downward swing.
Wings of EternityWings of Eternity
・Can be bought from Jadwiga
・You can purchase the Wings of Eternity from Jadwiga's weapon shop after progressing enough through the main story quests.
The twisted wings of Valentin, transfigured into forma.

Rains countless spears of light from above, bombarding a wide area.

What Are Bequeathed Formae?

Abilities Equipped in the Offensive Slot

What are Bequeathed Formae

Bequeathed Formae provide powerful abilities that can be cast using Ichor once equipped. Unlike Weapon Formae, which are restricted to specific weapons, Bequeathed Formae can be used by any build at the cost of an Offensive Formae slot.

With that being said, Bequeathed Formae have damage values that scale with a specific attribute. This means that Bequeathed Formae tend to fit builds that scale well with it's given attribute and damage type.
