How to Trade

Gift Valuables to Earn Trading Points
Valuables can be gifted to Partners to earn Trading Points.
Some items may be declined or discarded depending on the character’s preferences.
Declined items are returned to your inventory, while discarded items are removed and grant no Trading Points.

Use Trading Points to Exchange Items
Trading Points can only be used with the partner who received the gifts.
Each character has their own Trade Shop inventory, which may expand as your affinity with them increases.
Maxing Affinity Unlocks the Full Trade Inventory
Raising affinity with a Partner unlocks additional items in their Trade Shop.
You can increase partner affinity by fulfilling their requests. This is the highest source of affinity you can do for your partner but only limited to how many requests they make you do.
Reaching maximum affinity allows access to that character’s full Trade Shop inventory, including rare or exclusive Trade Shop items.

Why You Should Trade
Obtain Exclusive Partner Items and Recipes
Trading lets you obtain items that cannot be purchased from normal shops or found through exploration. Some rewards are exclusive to specific Partners and only become available by reaching their maximum affinity.
Partner Exclusive Weapons
Some Partners offer exclusive weapons and Formae through their Trade Shop. These items are tied to specific characters and require high or maximum affinity to unlock.
Unlock New Recipes
Trade Shops include recipes that unlock new synthesis or crafting options. These recipes are only available through the Trade Shop and cannot be obtained elsewhere.
