You can change the time by interacting with any mistle and selecting the Rest option. Depending on which time of day you prefer, you can choose to rest until morning, midday, evening, or night.

Any mistle can be rested at in order to change time, with the first mistle being available as early as the first mission: Mastering Control of Time. This applies to all instances in the game, as you can change the time of day, regardless of era.
