How to Unlock MagMell Weapon Shop

In order to unlock Jadwiga's weapon shop, you first have to progress the game until you reach the Mastering Control of Time main questline. Once you take on the quest, progress it until you reach MagMell Forma Institute and enter the left hallway near the elevator to access Jadwiga's Shop.

Take note that you have to progress the main questline and defeat certain Bosses to unlock more weapon choices in Jadwiga's Shop.

The best way to expand Jadwiga's weapon shop is to turn in Uncanny Stones you can find throughout the open world and turn them in to Jadwiga herself to obtain VIP Passes which automatically expand her shop selection.
