Speak with her in Present MagMell after defeating Franz, the Dejected Assailant during Noah’s Bond questline to permanently unlock her as a Partner.

Partner Trait Bonuses are passive effects granted by a Partner that improve your stats or provide extra combat benefits.
Partners can have multiple trait bonuses, and new bonuses become available as you advance their bond and unlock their higher‑tier Blood Codes.
Once unlocked, Partner Trait Bonuses remain active whenever that Partner is accompanying you.
