This is a high dex build focusing on using Fangs of the Hunter to utilize its Scorpion combat forma and Overdrive forma for counter hits and buffing our damage respectively. Due to Noah's high dexterity stat and Fangs of Conviction's scaling, we don't suffer from DPS loss so we can funnel most of our Ichor to counters with Scorpio for a fluid combat rotation.

Due to its rapid-hitting nature and evasive nature, we can also activate Bloodline Noah's trait 3 to activate our consecutive hit damage bonus easily.

Burden and Overburdened Attributes

Burden shown uses the VK Dual Blades but using Fangs of Conviction still puts you on a healthy burden level on Dexterity.

Most of our stat burdens lie on Dexterity but thanks to Noah's blood code, we'll be able to have an unburdened stat line with this setup.

The best Blood Code to equip early on is the Superbia Bloodline: Noah 3 where it gives us enough Dexterity to wield our pure dexterity setup with Fangs of the Hunter. It also gives us 5 margin on both Strength and Dexterity which activates Noah's blood code trait 3 to get bonus damage on consecutive hits.

Fangs of Conviction is one of the best twin blades you can get by maxing out Noah's affinity. It has a high Dexterity Scaling so Blood Codes with high Dexterity fits the weapon's scaling, and can be slotted in with Overdrive which is perfect for a hit-and run playstyle as its a damage buff that only disappears after getting hit.

Ideally, Phantom Assault will be your engage tool as it lets you jump to the enemy's face then you can continue hitting with regular attacks or counter with Scorpion when necessary.

The best Jail to equip is Reaper thanks to its ability to use parries while also draining Ichor after a hit. With Overdrive, we also don't want to suffer any hits so a deflection option gives us more options for preventing enemy hits from landing.

The best bequeathed formae you can get early on is Bloodreaver Blade for a high DPS burst after a stagger and Mutinous Bracer for an alternative deflection option. This can be changed with different defensive formae depending on preference.

For our Boosters, we chose Dexterity Booster - Overload to give us more dexterity scaling, Twin Blade Mastery for more DPS, and Back Attacker for the occasional stagger damage rate up when hitting enemies from behind. Ichor Maximizer - Tria is a nice addition to avoid getting gimped out on Ichor mid-fight and not needing to drain as much.

Use Buffs then Engage With Phantom Assault

Utilize your buffs then swiftly engage with Phantom Assault. Phantom Assault covers a wide distance so you can safely buff from afar then engage quickly with it.

Utilize Your Triple Damage Buff

Scorpion is a swift disengage option that you can instantly pop to disengage against an enemy attack then immediately counter. Use it to weave out of harm while still continuing your onslaught.
