Standard Edition
The Standard Edition comes with just the base game of Code Vein 2. If you buy the game before release, you'll be able to obtain the pre order bonuses which includes the Stylized Forma Set and the Twin Fangs of the Lone Wolf weapon.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition of Code Vein 2 includes the Custom Outfit Pack, the Ame-no-Habakiri Greatsword, and the Mask of Idris expansion DLC. Buying this gives you access to the Advanced Access of the game, where you get to play 72 hours ahead of the actual release!
The Ame-no-Habakiri is a Good Weapon for Early Game Progression
The Ame-no-Habakiri is a Deluxe and Ultimate edition exclusive weapon that’s great for early game progression. It has a weapon forma called Looming Slash, which performs an upward slash to deal damage. The best part is that any enemy attacks that hit you just before the jump are nullified, making it perfect for sudden follow-ups that might hit you even after a normal dodge.

Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition includes Character Outfits from the first game, a digital mini artbook, and a digital soundtrack, on top of the Deluxe Edition benefits, which includes the 72-hour Advanced Access as well!
Collector's Edition
The Collector’s Edition includes exclusive Code Vein 2 merchandise such as steel cases, a Code Vein 2 character figurine, a fine art folio, an acrylic stand, and a physical artbook and soundtrack (the soundtrack is stored on a custom-designed flash drive).
Which Edition Should You Get?
Get the Ultimate Edition for All DLCs
The Ultimate Edition of Code Vein 2 is the most expensive of the three available editions, priced at $89 USD and including all available DLC. If the in-game costumes appeal to you, the Ultimate Edition is the best choice.
Deluxe Edition is Sufficient for Just the DLC Expansion
The Deluxe Edition, which costs $79, includes the Mask of Idris DLC. Players who are not concerned about the DLC costumes should purchase the Deluxe Edition to access the expansion!
