How to Get to the Sunken City

There are two ways to get to the Sunken City, which may vary depending on your progress regarding Franz. These include:

Crossing the Bridge
Taking the Ferry

Cross the Bridge After Defeating Franz

Step	Objectives
1	Defeat Franz the Dejected Assailant during Noah's Timeline Shift Decision quest.
2	Return to the present and speak with Lavinia Voda in Magmell Institute during the Vanquishing the Heroes Quest to progress the quest.
3	Head to the Magmell Island Bridge, just above the Water Treatment Plant located southwest of Magmell Institute. You'll get the motorcycle after a cutscene. Use the motorcycle to drive through the bridge and reach the Sunken City.

Take the Ferry After Mastering Control of Time Quest

Step	Objectives
1	Complete the Mastering Control of Time quest by picking up the glowing item in the Storage Tower at the end of the quest.
2	Return to the present and speak with Lavinia Voda in Magmell Institute during the Vanquishing the Heroes Quest to progress the quest.
3	Head to the Magmell Island Pier located southwest of Magmell Institute. A cutscene will ensue and the ferryman will appear. Speak with him and choose "Yes" when given the option to instantly transport to the Sunken City.
