Timeline Shift Decision: Noah quest starts when you use the time jump portal when you complete the Mastering Control of Timeline.

To access this quest you need to complete Mastering Control of Time and interact with Noah's Bond at the top of the Forma Storage Tower. After completing this quest, you can find Noah in MagMell where you can speak to him and obtain his requests.

Should You Save Noah or Not
Saving Noah is More Rewarding
Saving Noah is the best choice to make as it saves him from the past and allows you to partner up with him in the present. Saving him allso allows you to take up his requests, giving you new weapons and items.
Regardless of your dialogue choice, the decision that saves Noah is whether or not you return to the past. Ignoring the time jump portal will not save Noah.

Franz the Dejected Assailant is a main boss required for Noah's bond. You can fight Franz at the lowest level of the Storage Tower after completing Mastering Control of Timeline and using the time jump portal to Noah.

- Only attack when he finishes a combo.
- Use defensive formae when he shoots bullets.
- Watch out for follow up attacks in phase 2.
