Talk to Craig After Acquiring the Engraved Knife
Once you have defeated the Tainted Assassin during the Slaying the Hero Lyle questline, you can talk to Craig after reactivating the furnace and a few cutscenes to immediately get the Absolute Executioner offensive formae. Take note that even if you miss out on talking to him during the quest, you can still obtain the offensive formae by talking to Craig from different locations.
